Throughout the first half of August, you can join small groups of runners of all different levels in order to start training for marathon season! Whether you’re a beginner, or a pro, there’s a group for you to train with and there will also be specific exercises and training sessions depending on the needs of the group to teach you how to run properly! The groups are between 10 and 20 people, and the schedules change per week. Apart from learning how to run like a champ, each participant will receive a personalized diet and training plan!
