Fluctuations by Daniel Canogar

Daniel Canogar (Madrid, 1964) exhibition Fluctuations reflects on the existence of a world in a flowThe artist addresses the impact of technology on society, making visible the transition from electromechanical to digital systems and investigating the position occupied by the individual in a technologically interconnected age. The exhibition consists of several pieces in which the idea that the old analog versus digital oppositions have disintegrated to form units that cooperate with each other within a single system. The artist works as an archaeologist who finds what he is looking for among piles of waste and then organize them into shelves and individual tables, as if they were fragile remains of a bygone era.
