I Am a Camera is smart, witty, and sharp theatrical production that inspired the major broadway show Cabaret. It´s adaption comes from Christopher Isherwood´s Novel Goodbye to Berlin, an autobiographical essay about a childhood in pre-war Berlin.
The production displays the vibrant and decadent Berlin art scene in a pre-war Berlin as it hides from the growing popularity of the Nazis. The play will is being performed in English on: Thursday 15th at 20.00; Friday 16th at 20.00; and Sunday 18th at 17.00 and 20.00.
The place is Teatro Tribueñe (C/ Sancho Dávila, 31. Metro: Ventas or Manuel Becerra) and the price is 14€ in advance, 15€ on the door.
